Siluet’s life has been one of tragedy, shaped by the bitter clash between the
kelt and
jeht. His mother, Danielle, a
jeht, fell in love with the notorious
kelt,
Lord Zorpel and became pregnant. Upon birth, Siluet’s very existence was marked by conflict and hatred, making it nearly impossible to find a home anywhere on
Hasphal. As
Zorpel’s cruelty grew, Danielle tried to shield her son from his father’s influence, but the damage was done.
Zorpel saw Siluet as an abomination, a mistake, and treated him with disdain.
As a child, Siluet was filled with anger, mirroring the violence he had witnessed from his father. His mother believed that this rage stemmed from
Zorpel’s abuse. One day, in a moment of desperation, Siluet’s
jeht abilities surfaced for the first time—he spit a corrosive acid at
Zorpel to protect his mother. The encounter shocked his father, who fled, but led to Siluet’s capture by the Ridders, who sought to experiment on him for a way to extract his
jeht magic.
The Ridders’ experiments were brutal, but Siluet’s volatile temperament made him difficult to control. His body’s acidic fluids prevented sedation, leaving him in constant rage. One scientist, in a bid to calm him, played music. Miraculously, the sound of a guitar soothed him, unveiling his ability to manipulate sound waves and use them to influence the emotions and minds of others. Siluet developed a love for music, finding solace in the strumming of the guitar.
After years of imprisonment, Siluet mastered his abilities and used them to escape the Ridder headquarters. Fleeing on a boat, he left behind the pain of his past and sought a new life, though his paranoia and inner demons still haunt him.
